Zoned Work Areas with Low Level Fence

Customers’ Requirement:

Separation of work stations to provide a structured zoned manufacturing facility, around each individual machine / working station.

Enable cleaner areas around machinery by separating work zone from general factory floor.

Scope of works completed:

• Design and measure layout around existing floor markings, using ZONE Safety Systems safety fencing (manufactured & designed by CellTec).
• Position gates at suitable locations for each cell, allowing easy access to work areas.
• Using the flexibility of ZONE fencing to allow installation of fence at custom angles, for better layout and space utilisation.
