Operations at CellTec during COVID-19

To our valued Customers and Suppliers,

We would like to let you know that CellTec is considered part of the essential supply chain, as we provide supply and support services to Essential Businesses under the guidelines published by the Victorian Government.

As such, we will remain open and in a position to accept and fulfill orders throughout this current situation.

In our commitment to practice our COVID-Safe Plan protocols, we will be restricting access to both of our Melbourne sites to protect our teams and surrounding communities.

Our branches – visiting, ordering and pick ups:

To insure the health and safety of our staff, customers and our community and in accordance with the protocols of our COVID-Safe plan we will have contact-less pickup from our dispatch area (Truganina).

Any visits to any of our sites must be made in advance and procedure for sign in to be followed on arrival and entry to site.

Site service works, breakdowns and planned maintenance:

In order to reduce risks to our site technicians, our customers and everyone’s families, we have implemented reduction of all non-essential site works in line with government recommendations. However, this is subject change and may be suspended as new information comes to hand.

We will continue to operate dependent on area based restrictions. As we are a service provider to essential services, we will continue to support those customers as a matter of priority to ensure they are able to support our communities as well.
