Customers’ Requirement:

Welding & Laser Robot Cells to have minimal panel gaps and 4m unobstructed door openings for loading and unloading.

Scope of works completed:

• 3m high steel post and clad panels attached via tabbed panel design to minimise gaps between post and panel face.
• Cantilevered doors implemented to enable unobstructed entry into cells. Eliminates floor or top running tracks that would be required with other types of sliding doors.
• Cutout view windows to enable scheduled viewing checks when cell is closed and in operation. Note: all view windows were covered via weld screens following installation of cell and prior to operation, ensuring complete and safe viewing.
